Are you passionate about building AI-powered solutions that transform unstructured data into business insights?

We are looking for an experienced AI/NLP Engineering professional who enjoys combining hands-on technical work with team leadership and stakeholder collaboration.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of large-scale AI and NLP initiatives, lead a small team of engineers, and help shape the adoption of modern AI development practices in a highly technical environment.

• Hire, lead and mentor a team of 2-3 engineers while remaining hands-on in technical delivery
• Design and develop NLP and AI pipelines processing millions of documents and data records
• Build solutions for document parsing, chunking, metadata extraction, entity recognition, embeddings, and semantic search
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and AI-powered knowledge retrieval solutions
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) to extract insights from unstructured data
• Apply Python, SQL, and Snowflake expertise to evaluate, design, and improve technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders, balancing requirements, feasibility, and delivery expectations
• Review AI-generated code and plans, ensuring quality, governance, and production readiness
• Support the adoption of AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code and other modern AI engineering workflows
• Contribute to AI and machine learning strategies while helping to grow engineering capabilities within the team

Požadujeme:

• 2+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Natural Language Processing
• Proven experience building or operating NLP pipelines at scale
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, vector search, semantic retrieval, and RAG architectures
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL, Snowflake and cloud-based data environments
• Practical understanding of AI agents and AI-assisted software development
• Experience using Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar developer productivity tool
• Fluent English is required
