O nabídce
For an American multinational company, we are looking for a Accounting Assistant with knowledge of the German and/or Spanish language.
Job description:
- Inform, follow up and collect any open overpayments/receivables.
- Handle customer queries related to overpayments and receivables.
- Provide support and assist in resolving employee queries.
- Work with multiple stakeholder teams to understand root cause of overpayments/receivables and provide details to employee.
- Work closely with Payroll Operations for providing better employee experience and improve collection effectiveness.
Požadujeme
Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience of Payroll or AR Collections in Germany and/or Latam Countries.
- German and/or Spanish Language Proficiency.
- Knowledge on Latam/Germany region Payroll/AR Collections/Taxes.
- Knowledge of payslips calculations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Handling administrative tasks related to accounting operations.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
