Join an international team that supports travellers around the world when they face unexpected situations. We are looking for an Assistance & Claims Coordinator to join our Prague-based team. In this role, you will communicate with clients and international partners, coordinate assistance services and help process insurance claims. You will use your language skills every day, solve a variety of cases and gain valuable experience in an international environment. No previous insurance experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to help you get started. What matters most is your excellent Hungarian, advanced English, empathy and willingness to learn.

What are we looking for?

• Hungarian at native or advanced (C2) level – essential for the role.
• Advanced English – our internal company language, used for daily communication with colleagues and international partners.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• An empathetic, customer-focused and professional approach.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage several
• Availability to work shifts in a 24/7 operation, including mornings, afternoons, nights and weekends.
• A valid permit to work and reside in the Czech Republic.
