• Provide customer support for users of an online service (mainly via chat and email)
• Understand requests fast and give clear, step-by-step guidance
• Handle common technical issues and escalate more complex cases to the next support level
• Work according to internal procedures and security standards, including basic data checks
• Log cases in the system and cooperate with the team to improve service quality and processes

Požadujeme

• Legal work status in the Czech Republic (EU residence or valid VISA)
• English at C1 level (excellent written English is essential; confident spoken English as well)
• Previous experience in customer support, admin, helpdesk, or a similar role is an advantage
• Strong PC skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail
• Reliable, responsible, and professional approach
• Time flexibility is required
• Another language (B2+) is a plus
