- Administrative support for Finance training programs
- Organization of training sessions (scheduling, coordination, attendance)
- Updating training materials and eLearning content
- Preparation of reports and dashboards
- Communication with Finance colleagues about L&D activities
- Support of shared inbox and daily admin tasks
- Coordination of training logistics (materials, venues, etc.)
- Support of smaller projects and updates
- Promotion of internal learning initiatives
- Reporting and data consolidation
Požadujeme
- University student (ideally Economics, Finance, Business Administration or similar)
- Advanced English (daily written and verbal communication)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (formulas, PivotTables, data analysis)
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) and AI tools (e.g., Copilot) is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with various stakeholders across the organization
