- Assist Hungarian-speaking clients and communicate with international partners in English.
- Coordinate support services for travellers who need help during unexpected events.
- Help manage insurance claims and ensure case information is processed accurately.
- Follow up on individual cases and coordinate next steps with the relevant parties.
- Maintain clear records and handle enquiries with care and professionalism.
- Work closely with colleagues to provide timely and appropriate assistance.
Požadujeme
- Hungarian – native or C2 level (essential).
- English – advanced level for everyday professional communication.
- A helpful, empathetic, and customer-oriented approach.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, within a 24/7 operation.
- Valid authorisation to reside and work in the Czech Republic.
- Previous customer service experience is welcome but not required. Knowledge of Czech or Slovak at native or C2 level is an advantage.
