We’re looking for a passionate Payroll Specialist to join a fast-growing company and help shape a seamless, accurate, and people-focused payroll experience. If you’re customer-oriented, detail-driven, and excited about improving processes and driving innovation, this could be your next great opportunity! What will you do?

• Take ownership of the end-to-end payroll cycle for a designated country or company
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance across the entire process, from Source to Gross and Gross to Net
• Support payroll accounting and tackle complex payroll queries
• Coordinate vendor operations and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to new payroll setups

Požadujeme

• Experience in Payroll processes & systems
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Solid knowledge of payroll-related regulations and processes, including taxation, labor law, social security, wage garnishments, pensions, employee benefits, and terminations
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
