We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to provide essential administrative and marketing support to the Marketing department.
If you’re proactive, well-organized, and eager to grow your marketing skills in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!
What you will do?
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team – managing contracts, purchase orders, vendors, and invoices.
- Liaise with the legal department to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Organize internal meetings and company events
- Prepare and coordinate translation of marketing materials.
- Support the coordination of educational and marketing events – grant requests, invitations, travel logistics, and collaboration with service providers.
- Manage budget tracking and ensure compliance with internal and external policies.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Požadujeme
- High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Fluent English
- Strong interest in marketing and willingness to learn
- Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and ability to handle confidential information
