For an American multinational company, we are looking for a specialized HR Assistant with knowledge of the English language to join our dynamic team. • Managing marketing programs to increase brand awareness and adoption.
• Planning and executing online marketing campaigns (email campaigns, website ads).
• Creating marketing materials and sales tools for the direct sales team.
• Collaborating with designers to develop content for websites and other marketing materials.
• Analyzing campaign performance metrics and proposing improvements for marketing optimization.
• Effectively working with teams across the organization to manage and prioritize marketing projects.

• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience creating assets for marketing campaigns.
• Experience using data and metrics.
• Experience with HTML.
• Template creation.
• A/B testing campaigns.
• Deep understand of tech marketing operations.
• Creating merchandizing placements.
• Experience using CMS tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• English - B2 + other language - French/German/Spanish/Czech.
• High attention to detail.
