Master Data & Back Office Administrator

Do you have experience in administrative customer service support? Are you fluent in English and detail-oriented? Do you enjoy working in a structured and international environment? Then we are looking for you! We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Master Data & Backoffice Administrator. In this role, you will support the Customer Service team by ensuring the smooth processing of orders and accurate management of customer data. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and monitor offline customer orders, quotations, deliveries, and invoices
• Act as electronic point of contact for customers and sales representatives
• Handle customer product and service complaints
• Manage the billing process and perform invoice corrections
• Handle product recalls and follow related procedures
• Maintain and validate Customer Master Data, including pricing and discount information
• Identify and correct data quality issues

Location: Prague Salary: 45 000 - 47 000 CZK/m Start: immediately

• Fluent English speaker (written and verbal communication)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Proficient in CRM systems, ERP, and MS Excel
• Flexible and able to adapt to new processes and tasks
