It's a win-win for everyone: our partners reduce food waste and recover costs, customers enjoy delicious food at great prices, and together we make a positive impact on the environment. ♻️ We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable student to join our Operations Team in Brno. What will you do? Customer Support Assist customers via email and phone Resolve inquiries and help create a great customer experience Partner Support Onboard new partners to the platform Provide ongoing support to existing partners Help partners maximize their success with Nesnězeno Collaboration Work closely with international operations team, czech sales team and hungarian development team Support operational projects and process improvements Why join us? Požadujeme

Native Czech or Slovak speaker Good command of English (minimum B2 level) Currently enrolled at university Available to work at least 20 hours per week Available to work at least 4 hours during weekends Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to listen, understand problems and find solutions Passion for sustainability and reducing food waste Proactive, organized, detail-oriented and reliable personality Nice to have: Previous experience in customer support, partner support, project management or operations Experience and/or interest in automations or AI analytics
