Are you looking to grow your career in HR and become part of a dynamic, international team? Join the team as a Recruitment Assistant and help to recruit top talent for the most technical divisions!
What You’ll Do:
- Schedule interviews and phone screenings with candidates
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers
- Arrange travel for visiting candidates (when needed)
- Support benefit delivery across European countries
- Respond to employee and vendor queries
- Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process
Požadujeme
- Fluent English (Italian is a plus)
- Good command of MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or coordination is a plus
