Do you speak German and English and would like to build your career in recruitment? Are you a people-oriented person who enjoys communication, organization and working in an international environment? This could be your opportunity to get hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment, working with candidates and international teams across Germany. What will you do?

• Support the recruitment process for German-speaking markets
• Communicate with candidates in German and English
• Pre-screen candidates and assess their suitability
• Handle candidate questions via phone, email and chat
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
• Work closely with international recruitment teams
• Help identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes
• Track recruitment trends and prepare basic reports

Start - ASAP Location: fully remote The contract for define period with possibility of prolongation.

Požadujeme

• Fluent English and German (B2+)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A proactive and people-oriented approach
• Interest in recruitment, HR or Talent Acquisition
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Previous experience in administration, customer service or HR is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in an international team
