Senior Financial Controller

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Develop and implement best-in-class processes and structures to drive scalability and support organizational growth
• Deliver actionable insights and analyses to guide senior leadership in making informed strategic decisions
• Establish and maintain a scalable, efficient, and technology-driven financial framework
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations and company policies, upholding the highest standards of integrity and transparency.
• Collaborate across departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in English and Czech/Slovak language
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a financial leadership role (5+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Proficiency in advanced financial tools and systems; ERP systems experience is an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a track record of driving process improvements.
