A leading global healthcare company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its Global Talent Acquisition team.
In this role, you will support the recruitment process by managing pre-boarding, interview scheduling, and administrative tasks. You will ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition Business Partners, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and manage offer letters in the local language
- Initiate and track employment checks, including drug and medical screenings, and document any discrepancies
- Ensure confidential candidate data is handled according to company policies and compliance guidelines
- Coordinate interview scheduling and support candidate communication
- Assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and process improvement initiatives
- Support local and global stakeholders
Požadujeme
- Minimum 1 year of HR/TA coordination or administrative experience
- Fluency in English and German (C1)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and reporting experience
- Experience with Workday or other HR systems
- Pre-boarding or contract generation experience
