Business Analyst | Operations & Supply Chain Start ASAP Hybrid/ CZ – Prague or Pardubice district location Turn manufacturing and supply chain data into business impact. As a Business Analyst, you will support manufacturing sites and supply chain teams by delivering insights, improving reporting, and helping stakeholders make faster and better decisions. What You'll Do

• Analyze operational and supply chain performance data across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and reports covering key KPIs such as OEE, inventory, lead times, productivity, quality, and scrap.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and IT teams to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability across operational systems.
• Deliver actionable insights that support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Požadujeme

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Business Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Performance Management.
• Background in automotive, manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics environments.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools.
• Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain KPIs.
• Fluent English.
