Do you enjoy working with data, building impactful dashboards, and turning insights into business decisions? Join our client's team and help drive field performance across Europe through analytics, reporting, and data-driven recommendations. What will you do?

• Manage and continuously improve Power BI dashboards used by field teams
• Provide first-line support, user training, and onboarding for dashboard users
• Monitor dashboard adoption and drive user engagement
• Support target-setting processes through reporting, analysis, and scenario planning
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses on sales, activity, and performance KPIs
• Support countries without dedicated analysts with forecasting, data validation, and business insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders

Start: immediately Location: Praha 8 Contract: 8 months

• Strong analytical and data storytelling skills
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Excel
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-country, cross-functional environment
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
