Are you looking for an opportunity to gain experience in an international company and develop your professional skills? We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment in Prague. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being involved in day-to-day operations within a global team. What you can expect:

  • Coordination of meetings, schedules, and daily activities
  • Communication with internal stakeholders and external contacts
  • Administrative and organizational support across different teams
  • Working with internal systems and maintaining accurate data
  • Ensuring smooth processes and a positive experience for all involved parties
Start: ASAP Location: Prague 8 Contract: 6 months

Požadujeme

  • Fluent English and French
  • Pro-active and communicative personality
  • Solid command of MS Excel and Word
  • Previous experience with administration tasks or customer service is very welcomed
  • Ability to work in an international team
