In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and sales reps, ensuring their requests and orders are handled with professionalism, accuracy, and a solutions-driven mindset. What You’ll Do:
- Process customer orders and handle inquiries from clients, distributors and sales reps.
- Support with credit notes, re-bills, and issue resolution.
- Communicate across departments via CRM to resolve service requests.
- Provide accurate product information and identify upsell opportunities.
- Ensure smooth complaint handling and compliance with internal procedures.
Požadujeme
- Fluent English and French, with excellent communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience in an international company is an advantage.
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Commercial awareness and ability to spot sales opportunities.
