We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Data Engineering & Advanced Analytics to lead the design and delivery of modern data platforms and AI-driven solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges while shaping engineering best practices. Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers and Advanced Analytics professionals Design and build scalable data platforms and data pipelines Architect data management and data modeling solutions Develop Machine Learning, AI, and Advanced Analytics use cases Build and optimize data workflows using Python, SQL, Snowflake, and AWS Prototype, test, and deploy end-to-end data solutions Collaborate with global Engineering, Product, and Research teams Drive technical strategy and establish engineering best practices

Požadujeme

5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics, or Machine Learning Proven experience leading technical teams and complex engineering initiatives Strong expertise in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and scalable data platforms Advanced Python and SQL skills Hands-on experience with Snowflake and AWS Experience deploying Machine Learning models into production Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or modern AI frameworks is a strong advantage
