Finance Specialist with Hebrew | Prague | No prior finance exp needed

Hebrew Speaker – Finance & Customer Operations | Prague MUST HAVE Requirements:
- Valid work permit for the Czech Republic (mandatory)
- Availability to work on-site in Prague
- Managing a portfolio of international customer accounts
- Monitoring outstanding balances and ensuring timely payments
- Investigating and resolving billing or payment discrepancies
- Communicating with clients via email and phone (Hebrew & English)
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across finance and operations
- Supporting process improvements and reporting activities
- Working with data, reconciliations, and basic financial analysis

What we are looking for:
- Advanced Hebrew and English (daily communication)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, analytical, or operational role (finance is a plus, not a must)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude, ownership, and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- International working environment with daily use of languages
- Full training provided — no deep finance background required
- Exposure to global processes and systems
