Finance & Vendor Specialist with Italian | 50 000 CZK/m

Do you speak Italian and enjoy combining finance, communication and problem-solving? Are you looking for a role where you can use your language skills every day while working with international suppliers and colleagues? Join an international Finance Contact Management team in Prague and become a key point of contact for suppliers across the business. What will you do?

• Act as the main point of contact for suppliers regarding finance-related queries
• Investigate and resolve invoice and payment-related issues
• Work with internal Finance teams and other stakeholders to find effective solutions
• Review credit memos and investigate discrepancies
• Create and follow up on shortage and pricing claims
• Obtain and reconcile vendor statements
• Maintain and resolve issues in the EDI invoice system
• Contribute to a smooth and positive supplier experience

Location in Prague 8 Contract for a defined period with the possibility of extension

Požadujeme

• Fluent Italian and good English – both used on a daily basis
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, administration or customer support
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Customer-oriented approach and ability to work with different stakeholders
• Accuracy, reliability and attention to detail
• Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment
