In this unique role, you will lead all culinary operations within a prestigious private residence, delivering outstanding hospitality for both private and official occasions. Plan and prepare high-quality meals for private and official events. Develop seasonal menus that balance creativity, quality, and budget. Accommodate dietary requirements and special requests. Manage kitchen operations, food procurement, and inventory. Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.

Požadujeme

Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences using high-quality and seasonal ingredients. Strong culinary skills combined with creativity and attention to detail. Ability to manage kitchen operations independently, including planning, purchasing, and inventory management. Professional, service-oriented, and proactive approach. Fluency in Czech and English (minimum C1 level). High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.
