This is an opportunity to join a regional HR function as an HR Operations Specialist, with a focus on Germany and the wider DACH region. You will manage day-to-day HR operations, support employees and managers, and help improve HR processes and data quality. Your responsibilities will be:

• Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, contract changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding
• Prepare employment documentation, letters, and confirmations
• Manage time & attendance, sickness, absence, and vacation processes
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports and workforce data
• Coordinate payroll-related employee changes and resolve data issues
• Maintain HR data and resolve system-related issues in Workday, UKG, and other HR tools
• Support HR systems and process testing and implementation
• Support employees and managers with HR tools and processes
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, and reduce manual work
• Support HR operations across the DACH region and selected regional projects

Start: immediately Limited contract

Požadujeme

• Min. 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Services, HR Administration, or similar HR role
• Knowledge of German HR processes and employment administration is a big advantage
• Fluent German and English, min. B2+
• Experience with HR systems; Workday and/or UKG is a strong advantage
• Strong Excel, reporting, and data management skills
• High attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational topics
• Strong ownership and problem-solving skills
