We are looking for a Junior IT Administrator to join a growing IT support team and help provide high-quality support to internal users across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational IT knowledge who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and developing their technical skills. As a Junior IT Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting internal users with a wide range of IT-related requests and incidents, including: Managing user accounts and access rights Password resets and account administration Supporting Microsoft 365 users and services Active Directory administration Troubleshooting software and hardware issues Assisting with PC deployments and workstation setup Supporting users through the ticketing system Maintaining a high level of customer service and communication Learning and supporting various internal business applications Working Model: Hybrid setup: 3 days home office / 2 days on-site Location: Near Klatovy Flexible working hours Standard business hours only No shift work No night support No on-call duties You will work closely with local and global IT colleagues while gaining valuable experience in a modern service desk environment.

Basic experience with Microsoft 365 Knowledge of Active Directory Understanding of user account and access management General IT troubleshooting skills Strong communication skills Customer-focused mindset Fluent Czech and communicative EnglishNice to have  Experience with a ticketing system (Freshdesk, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) Experience deploying and configuring PCs Basic German language skills
