Are you a detail-oriented marketing or communications professional who enjoys bringing campaigns and content to life? Would you like to support global events and work in a fast-paced, international environment? Responsibilities:

• Build and format marketing emails using established templates and provided content
• Create and prepare social media posts based on provided messaging and creative direction
• Support the Communications Manager with day-to-day campaign and communications execution
• Support communications for live events, including attendee updates, promotional messaging, and other time-sensitive requests
• Coordinate smaller communications deliverables from intake through completion
• Proofread and quality-check communications to ensure accuracy, consistency, formatting, links, and dates
• Maintain communications calendars, content trackers, and supporting documentation
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities, particularly during active event periods

Limited contract Start: November 2026

Požadujeme

• Previous experience from the same or similiar role min. 2 years
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 and common marketing collaboration tools
• Fluent English min. B2+
• Knowledge of CRM is a great advantage
• Strong organizational, analytical and collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented and proactive approach
