We are looking for a senior legal professional to take full ownership of all legal matters related to external workforce management and AI-enabled HR solutions. This role requires a high level of expertise, independence, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, global environment. Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary legal authority for all external workforce topics, including worker classification, co-employment risk, and country-specific regulations
- Ensure full compliance with global and local labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Provide clear legal guidance on workforce strategy, policy design, and operational decisions
- Lead legal support for supplier contracts, including drafting, review, and negotiation
- Partner closely with Procurement to ensure compliance across the source-to-contract lifecycle
- Oversee legal aspects of AI implementation in HR processes, including risk assessment (GDPR, bias, transparency)
- Act as the escalation point for complex legal issues, audits, and policy deviations
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across HR, Legal, Procurement, IT, and business functions
Požadujeme
- Master’s degree in Law; specialization in employment/labor law
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant legal experience
- Proven track record in labor law and external workforce-related topics
- Strong experience in contracts, procurement, and commercial negotiations
- Solid understanding of multi-jurisdictional legal frameworks
- Experience or exposure to AI, data privacy, or HR technologies is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations
