Commodity Buyer – Raw Materials Start ASAP Hybrid/ CZ – Prague or Pardubice district location Join an international automotive environment and help drive sourcing excellence across multiple manufacturing locations. We are looking for a proactive Commodity Buyer to support procurement activities related to raw materials. In this role, you will work closely with suppliers, manufacturing sites, and cross-functional teams to ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and efficient procurement processes. Individual contributor role | International scope | Automotive industry Key Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing activities and support supplier selection processes.
• Lead supplier negotiations focused on cost, delivery, and commercial conditions.
• Manage engineering change requests and support ongoing production requirements.
• Act as a key procurement contact for manufacturing sites.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and support VA/VE activities.
• Ensure timely supply and fulfilment of business requirements.
• Support implementation of category strategies and sourcing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.

Požadujeme

Your Profile

• 1–4 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
• Experience within automotive or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with solid analytical abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• English required; German or Spanish is a plus.
