Category Buyer – Packaging - Manage packaging procurement across Europe Hybrid HPP – Prague - Průhonice We are looking for a Category Buyer to manage sourcing and supplier relationships for packaging materials, mainly paper and wooden packaging. You will work with approximately 80 suppliers across Europe and cooperate with internal teams to ensure competitive prices, reliable supply and continuous improvement. What will you do?
- Manage the packaging category and supplier portfolio.
- Lead sourcing activities, RFQs and supplier negotiations.
- Develop supplier relationships and improve commercial conditions.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive improvement projects.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure continuity of supply.
- Cooperate with manufacturing, logistics, engineering and quality teams.
Požadujeme
What are we looking for?
- Experience in purchasing, sourcing or category management.
- Experience with packaging, paper or wood is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- A commercial and analytical mindset.
- Experience in an international environment, ideally manufacturing.
- Advanced English required; German is a strong advantage.
- An international role with responsibility across Europe.
