- Handling requests from internal and external clients regarding the company's business conferences and seminars
- Organization of events from A to Z including much of individual work and complex tasks
- Management of event logistics
- Creation and maintenance of event websites
- Processing applications for attendance at conferences
- Booking of hotels and flights for participants
- Responsibility for the processing of incoming and outgoing invoices
- Preparation and tracking of budgets
- Reporting on regular basis
Požadujeme
- Excellent knowledge of English (C1), will be used actively at work
- Knowledge of another European language is highly appreciated
- Experience in event management or a similar role
- Previous experience from an international company
- Energetic person with a pro-active attitude
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Organizational skills and stress resistance
- Reliability, focus on detail, flexibility
