Location: Prague, Czech Republic (2 days/week in office, up to 60% Home Office) Type: Full-time, Permanent Industry: Automotive Manufacturing & Electrification Project Scope: International Battery Systems Development Lead the design and development of electrical systems for automotive battery modules and battery packs. Own electrical engineering activities across all product development stages Define and review electrical architectures, power distribution networks, interconnects, protection circuits, and monitoring systems. Drive design decisions related to battery management systems (BMS), high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems. Collaborate with mechanical, software, systems, test, and manufacturing engineering teams to ensure robust product development. Manage technical interfaces with suppliers and external development partners.

Požadujeme

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering within the automotive, e-mobility, battery, or industrial manufacturing sectors. Fluent English is required.
